Fiona Charles, Quality Intelligence

Fiona Charles is a Toronto-based test project manager and consultant with 30 years experience in software development and integration. Through her company, Quality Intelligence, she works with clients in diverse industries to design and implement pragmatic test and test management practices that match unique business challenges.  Fiona is on the TASSQ board. She is co-founder and organizer of the Toronto Workshop for Software Testing, an annual invitational conference for senior test practitioners. Fiona edited The Gift of Time (2008, Dorset House), is a frequent contributor to StickyMinds.com and Better Software magazine, and presents regularly on testing and test management topics.


Michael Bolton, DevelopSense

Michael Bolton has been teaching software testing for the last eight years across five continents.  He is co-author, along with senior author James Bach, of Rapid Software Testing, a course that presents a methodology and mindset for expert software testing in uncertain conditions and under extreme time pressure.  Michael is the Program Chair for TASSQ, the Toronto Association of System and Software Quality, and a co-founder of the Toronto Workshops on Software Testing.  He is a regular columnist for Better Software Magazine and also writes for Quality Software, a magazine published by TASSQ.  Michael lives in Toronto, Canada, with his wife and two children.


Shaun Bradshaw, Questcon Technologies

As Director of Quality Solutions at Questcon Technologies, Shaun Bradshaw is responsible for managing Questcon's team of Senior Practice Managers in the areas of quality solutions development and service delivery.  In his role, Shaun works with clients in various industries; advising, teaching, and mentoring them on the use of effective testing and test management techniques.  He is the co-author and editor of Questcon's QuestAssured® suite of service methodologies.  Shaun has been a featured speaker at various local and national quality assurance and testing conferences.  Shaun received a BS in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.


James Campbell, Accenture Canada

James Campbell is Director of Testing Services for Accenture Canada having worked at Accenture since 2000.  For over 6 years, he has led strategy and business transformation projects in the travel and finance sectors with particular focus on organization transformation, strategy roadmap definitions, and application portfolio rationalization.  In 2006, he architected and led the build out of the now over 150 person Accenture Canada Testing Centre of Excellence specializing in test strategy services, test automation, performance testing, and offshore distributed testing solutions.  Combining his deep skills in both testing and management consulting, James is currently responsible for the North American testing practice as well as leading the overall strategy and vision for Accenture’s Global Test Services practice.  As a part of the Global Test Services practice, James has launched new testing facilities in South America, Europe, and Asia.  James holds a Civil Engineering degree from Queen’s University and lives in Toronto, Ontario.
